GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The FFS ASSAC bagging station forms the bag, fills it and seals it by means of a tubular plastic roll, all within the same machine (FFS: form, fill, seal).

Bags: Heat sealable material tubular roll. (PE, PP or compounds)

Range of weighing: Between 5 and 50 Kg., depending on the product density.

Stattion components:

- Unwinding station with a roll hydraulic system.

- Bag forming station ( cutting and lower welding).

- Filling station with an internal opening .

- Product compaction lower system.

- Bag sealing station ( up cooling ).

- Bag extraction belt.

- Bag corner sealing configurable system (4kW).

- Fairing and security doors.

- Operator-machine dialogue terminal.
 

MODELS

• ASSAC S10 incorporates the weighing in the same feeding spout. Its main advantages lie in its ease of cleaning to avoid cross contamination, and being able to place the silos and other feeding systems at a much lower altitude.                                                                                                                                  Capacity: Up to 400 bags/hour depending on the product.

• ASSAC S15 is a  s      pecia l versio n   that incorporates diverse mechanisms for the  handling of fine products.
  Capacity : Up to300 bags/hour according  to the product

Very appropriate for industries that do not require high capacity and frequent product changes, for example: colours, additives and food industry products,...
