GRAVITY DOSING SYSTEM

DESCRIPCION:
The PN-20/CG net weighing  for net weight was designed to respond to new market demands: high capacity and precision. It can be constructed as the F111 or stainless steel AISI-304 / AISI-316 version.

With weight control equipment for high performance and a dosing system for fall by gravity, by means of a gate powered by a pneumatic double cylinder for fast and fine feeding.

SUITABLE FOR:
Regular flow products such as cereals, seeds, plastic pellets or fertilizer, granular products in general.

SERVODRIVEN GRAVITY DOSING SYSTEM
 

DESCRIPTION:
The PN-90-CGS net weighing  for net weight was designed to respond to new market demands: high production capacity and high precision weighing.

With high performance weight control equipment and a dosing system operated by a gate driven by a servodriven (transmission movement by means of connecting rod) that controls the flow gradually and automatically resets each weighing. Final closing position to prevent leakage of material into the weighing pan.

SUITABLE FOR:
Regular flow products such as cereals, seeds, plastic pellets, fertilizer, and granular products in general.

DESCRIPTION:
The PN-90-CGS net weighing has been designed to meet the demands of industries requiring high capacity, high precision weighing and easy to clean internal parts. 

With high performance weight control equipment and a dosing system operated by a gate driven by a servodriven (transmission movement by means of connecting rod) that controls the flow gradually and automatically resets each weighing. Final closing position to prevent leakage of material into the weighing pan.
In addition, the model T (tubular weighing pan) is designed to prevent product remains inside the weighing machine device. Optionally, to facilitate cleaning and inspection it can be arranged in various lateral hermetic panels.

GRAVITY FEEDING SYSTEM AND BUTTERFLY VALVE.

DESCRIPTION:
The PN-20/CGM net weighing was designed to respond to new market demands. It is used in some special cases with fine products that flow well.

It has high performance weight control equipment and a gravity fall dosage system with a butterfly valve with two positions for fast and fine loading as well as fluidised layers.
