BIG-BAGS,OCTABINS, BOXES AND CANS FILLING.

Octabin and big-bag filling system with 1 or 4 handles for bags of 500 to 2000 kg and boxes and cans of 15 to 50 kg. It incorporates different dosing and weighing systems according to the characteristics of the product. The bag extraction system can be manual by means of a lift truck/fork lift  or automated  with converyor motorized roller conveyors.

Big-Bags filling station

DESCRIPTION

Big-Bag filling station for bags of 500 to 2,000 kg with base support on conveyors or pallet.

This can be automated with roller tracks or motorized conveyors for the extraction and accumulation of full big-bags. 
     

DOSING SYSTEMS

You can incorporate different dosing systems depending on the characteristics of the product to bag and the MCB+ high performance digital electronic weighing equipment.

  • CG dosing system: For regular flow products such as cereals, seeds, plastic pellets, fertilizer,...

  • CT dosing system: For irregular flow products such as: animal feed, flakes, expanded cereals,...

  • CA dosing system: For powder and small grain products such as flour, premixes, salt minerals,...
