DESCRIPTION

PALLETIZER BY THE LATERAL PUSH OF THE BAG


It forms lays through lateral bag pushing and each lay is flattened by its top an side. Bags turing system is defined according with the bag type: Side tops, turning cros, gripper,... Optimum final loolking, suitable for palletizing at high speeds  froma 500 to 4500 bags/hour.

This range of palletisation offers different models adapted to the required production. The use of frequency variators and parameterisation programs ensure immediate adjustment of the palletiser with any bag dimension and production. . 
 

MEDIUM CAPACITY: SERIES 500 / 1000 / 2000.

  • 500 SERIES .

    500 Model. Up to500 bags/hour.
    - Fixed conforming plates (B and C).
    - Squared cycled row sweeper.
    - Low speed lifter.

  • 1000 SERIES.

    1000 Model.  Up to1000 bags/hour.
    - Electrical side conforming plates on 4 faces.
    - Squared cycled row sweeper.
    - Single speed variator lifter.

    1500 Model. Up to 1500 bags/hour.
    - Electircal side conforming plates on 4 faces.
    - Squared cycles row sweeper.
    - Single speed variator lifter.
    - Gravity buffer and infeed belt upstream.

    1800 Model. Up to2000 bags/hour.
    - Electrical side conforming plates on 4 faces.
    - Squared cycles row sweeper.
    - Single speed variator lifter.
    - Gravity bugger and infeed belt upstream.
    - Additional row sweeper ( A plate ).

  • 2000 SERIES

    2000 Model. Up to 2500 bags/hour.
    - Same fittings as model 1800.
    - With multiple bag orientation device.
