PAYPER’s R&D department has developed 4 different electronic dosing & weighing systems, all manufactured in-house. This guarantees full control over the quality and performance of each weighing and dosing solution, ensuring reliability and efficiency for every industry.
We provide a dosing and weighing system suitable for bulk products of any type: Fine Powder of <120µ, Coarse Powder from 120–500µ, and Granules of more than 500µ. Whether the product is free-flowing or non-free-flowing, the process of weighing and dosing is executed with maximum accuracy while maintaining the high-speed performance of the bagging machine.
The internal surface of each weighing and dosing system is smooth and designed without retention areas, preventing product build-up.
Special attention has been given to easy maintenance: All systems feature removable covers on all four sides, allowing simple access to the inside for cleaning. The smooth inner surface further facilitates fast and efficient maintenance. Additionally, we offer automatic cleaning systems with air, tailored to each client’s specific requirements. For hygienic purposes or for corrosive products, all dosing & weighing systems can be delivered in stainless steel. ATEX-certified versions are also available.

Unser Förderbandsystem CT ist ebenfalls für halb-rieselfähige Produkte wie Saatgut, Futter-Pellets usw. geeignet. Der Dosier- und Wiegevorgang erfolgt mithilfe eines einzigartigen Dosierschiebers, der sowohl die Grob- als auch die Feindosierung steuert. Der Wiegebereich ist für Beutel von 5 bis 50 kg mit Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 600 Wiegevorgängen/Stunde geeignet.

Das System ist ideal für rieselfähige Produkte wie Getreide oder Grieß geeignet und in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich:
Mit Servoantriebsmotor für hohe Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 2.600 Wiegevorgängen/Stunde oder mit pneumatischer Steuerung für bis zu 800 Wiegevorgänge/Stunde. Der Wiegebereich beider Ausführungen liegt bei 5 bis 50 kg.

CAD ist das Doppelschnecken-Zuführungssystem für nicht rieselfähige Pulverprodukte wie Mehl, gemahlene Mineralien, Milchpulver oder Waschmittel. Dieses System besteht aus einem großen Schneckenförderer für die Grobfüllung sowie einem kleineren Schneckenförderer für die Feindosierung. Das System bietet eine Geschwindigkeit von 300 Wiegevorgängen pro Stunde und einen Wiegebereich von 5 bis 50 kg.
