Nevertheless, in case the people using www.payper.com remit any type of identifying or personal information (data of a personal character) to PAYPER, S.A., either by means of electronic mail, postcard, telephone, FAX or by filling out the contact form foreseen in the portal itself, in conformity with that foreseen in the European Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27 in relation to the protection of physical persons in that concerning the treatment of personal data and the free circulation of these data and by which the Directive 95/46/CE is derogated (General Regulation on the protection of data), we provide you the following information on the treatment of this data:

The purpose for which PAYPER, S.A., treats the data obtained by the person concerned is to manage the sending of the information that the person concerned requests.

Will automated decisions be applied or will profiles be elaborated?

In case the user of the portal contacts PAYPER, S.A.  with the purpose of requesting information about any product or service offered, with the purpose of providing better answers to subsequent communications, a commercial profile will be elaborated based on the information facilitated.

In no case, will automated decisions be applied based on the user's commercial profile.

How long will we conserve your data for?

The personal data facilitated will be conserved during a 1 year period starting from the last communication with the person concerned.

All the above, does not affect the data facilitated being subsequently treated for a new purpose, different or incompatible with the one for which they were initially gathered, the person concerned being informed in this case about the new purpose.

What is the legitimization for the treatment of your personal data?

The treatment of your personal data has as legal base or lawfulness, the consent given by the person concerned in the moment of sending their information to PAYPER, S.A., with the purpose that this can manage the sending of this information and give the answer that corresponds.

For these purposes, the fact of the user of the portal voluntarily remitting information with data of a personal character, either by filling in the contact form, e-mail, FAX, telephone or postal mail, will be understood as an affirmative action of giving the said consent. Nevertheless, the person concerned will be able to manifest in the moment of sending their information, their will of not giving consent to the treatment of their personal data, without affecting their legally recognised right to withdraw it at any moment.

To whom will your data be communicated?

The data obtained from the person concerned, will only be treated by PAYPER, S.A., without being communicated to other people or entities.

What are your rights in relation to the data you facilitate us?

You are expressly informed in accordance with that stipulated in article 13.2 letter b of the aforementioned European Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April that you are entitled:

° to request the person responsible for treatment the confirmation of if your personal data is being treated,

° to the access of your personal data, to its rectification if it is inexact, to its suppression (especially when your data are no longer necessary for the ends for which it was obtained),

° to the limitation of treatment,

° to formulate opposition to the treatment and,

° to the portability of the data

How do I exercise my rights?

The rights previously indicated may be exercised, directly or through legal or voluntary representative, by means of a postcard addressed to PAYPER S.A., Polígono Industrial El Segre Parcela 115, C/Josep Baró i Travé, CP 25191, Lerida, or by means of electronic mail to the following address: payper@payper.com

You are informed that if the application for exercise of rights is carried out via electronic means or by means of electronic mail, the information that will be facilitated to the person concerned on its processing, will be given by means of electronic mail addressed to the same address, except in the case that the person concerned expressly designates another means of information.

The exercise of the rights of the person concerned will be free of charge, with the only exception established by the regulation on the protection of data in relation to applications of a groundless, excessive or repetitive character. In these cases the person responsible for treatment will be able to opt to charge a canon in regard to the costs of processing or not carry out any action regarding the application.

The treatment of data is based on the consent given by mail by filling in and subscription of the contact form of the web portal or voluntary remission of any communication electronic, FAX, telephone or postal mail, the person concerned will be entitled to withdraw the consent given for this treatment at any moment, addressing a communication to PAYPER S.A. manifesting their will to withdraw, either by postcard to Polígono Industrial El Segre Parcela 115, C/Josep Baró i Travé, CP 25191, Lerida, or by means of electronic mail to payper@payper.com.

In all cases, applications for the exercise of rights related to the data of personal character facilitated will contain and be accompanied necessarily by the following information or documents:

- The identification and address of the person who exercises their rights for purposes of communication, expressly designating notification via postcard or electronic means, being in the latter case indispensable to facilitate a valid electronic mail address.

- Specific petition the application fulfils.

- Photocopies of the identity card, passport or any other official document that accredits the identity of the person concerned.

- In the event of the application being presented by means of a representative, this purpose shall be stated in the application and a copy of the document that accredits the representation will accompany it.

What ways of making a complaint are there?

Once your rights are exercised directly before PAYPER S.A., under the conditions established in the section What are your rights in relation to the data you facilitate us?
