First, the front and side push system forms the layers at right angles; then, each layer is compressed against the previous layer for additional stability. The resulting pallets are completely square, with high stability.
The push-type bag palletizer is also highly flexible, allowing adaptation to different layer patterns, and is particularly suitable for valve bags and FFS bags. The highest-performance model in the PPAL bag palletizer series can palletize up to 2,800 bags per hour.
The GPAL clamp palletizer handles any type of bag, although it is particularly indicated to work with open-mouth bags as it is designed to provide the perfect overlapping of the bags. The final result is a very stable and perfectly stacked pallet.
