PAYPER offers solutions for different production requirements and formats. The range includes FFS machines, open mouth and valve bagging machines, as well as big bag filling stations and octabin solutions, together with specific configurations for corrosive, abrasive or explosive products. For high-productivity applications, Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technology allows the bag to be formed from a tubular reel, filled and closed within an automated process. The ASSAC range can reach up to 2,600 bags per hour, with different feeding systems depending on product behaviour.
CSA open mouth bagging machines offer a flexible solution for different bag materials, formats and closing systems, reaching up to 1,800 bags per hour depending on the configuration. The PFG valve bagging machine, meanwhile, is designed for powdered products and fine granulates in valve bags, with a maximum output of up to 500 bags per hour and ultrasonic sealing options.
When the process requires larger-capacity formats, Big Bag/FIBC and octabin stations allow filling weights between 500 and 2,000 kg, with net or gross weighing configurations and capacities of up to 100 Big Bags per hour, depending on the application.
