Conventional palletizing
Full range of palletizers: fast, accurate and versatile
Our range of conventional bag palletizers has been designed to accommodate any type of bag, whether it is a perfectly brick-shaped FFS or valve bag, or an open-mouth bag that requires overlapping in the palletizing process. Many palletizing patterns are available: from the most common to the more unusual ones.
PAYPER offers different palletizing techniques that have been specially developed to optimize the stability of the finished pallet, depending on the type of bag. The gripper method ensures a perfect overlapping of open-mouth bags, while the push technique allows for high-speed palletizing of brick-shaped bags. Both systems come in high infeed and low infeed versions.
At PAYPER, we are confident that you will find the palletizer that matches your production volume and speed requirements while ensuring the stability of your pallets.
