We recently held a successful webinar on dynamic weighing in bagging lines, focused on how to ensure weight accuracy, reduce losses, and optimize productivity.

The aim of the webinar was to demonstrate in a practical way how dynamic weighing strategies and technologies enable our customers to improve efficiency and the quality of the final product in their bagging lines.

The session was led by Joan Arjó, Engineering Director, and David Ranera, Sales Director. Joan addressed the more technical aspects of dynamic weighing, explaining how it is possible to weigh and fill simultaneously, what the main challenges of this process are, and how advanced solutions enable accuracy and efficiency to be maintained on the bagging line.

David presented PAYPER’s vision of weighing, highlighting our track record in the development of control systems, as well as the functionalities of the MSX weighing controller, real-time weight management, decision-making to correct dosing, and other additional functions that facilitate comprehensive control of bagging lines.

The webinar was offered in two sessions, in English and Spanish, allowing customers from different subsidiaries and countries to participate. Both sessions generated great interest and numerous questions, reflecting the relevance of the topic for professionals in the sector.
