At Powtech Technopharm 2025, Europe’s international trade fair for powder, solid and liquid processing technologies, PAYPER presented its latest innovation: the bottom-up filling system, developed to ensure clean, accurate and dust-free bag filling.
 
With this addition, PAYPER expands its portfolio of advanced solutions for bagging powdery products, reaffirming its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and industrial safety.
 
The new bottom-up filling system is based on a vertical screw conveyor equipped with an adjustable outlet opening device and a mechanism that lifts the bag and then lowers it gradually during the filling process. This design allows a minimum distance to be maintained between the dosing point and the product, significantly reducing the free fall of the material. As a result, dust dispersion is prevented and the quality of the working environment is improved, while product losses are minimized.
 
The main advantages of the system include:

• Minimal dust generation, contributing to a cleaner and safer working environment.
• Reduced ATEX risk by minimizing the generation of dust clouds.
• Less product capture by the suction system, resulting in savings and optimization of resources.
• Prevents product fluidization, preserving its original properties and behavior during bagging.
