PAYPER is advancing its sustainability strategy with the launch of a new solar power system at its headquarters and factory in Bell-lloc d’Urgell.
The new photovoltaic plant features a total of 218 solar panels, with an installed capacity of 99 kWp. This system covers approximately 50% of the facility’s energy consumption, thereby reinforcing the company’s commitment to a more efficient and responsible energy model.
In terms of production, the facility will generate approximately 143,467 kWh annually, promoting energy self-consumption and reducing dependence on conventional energy sources. This initiative represents a significant step forward in integrating renewable energy into the company’s daily operations.
Through this project, PAYPER is increasing its use of clean energy, helping to reduce its environmental footprint and protect the environment.
The implementation of this photovoltaic plant is part of a broader company plan aimed at achieving its sustainability goals in the coming years, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in its processes.
