We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of three complete bagging lines for INEOS, a leading company in the chemical industry, in Mexico.

INEOS aimed to improve the performance of their plant and comply with modern regulations and legal requirements. To achieve this, we installed FFS bagging machines, model ASSAC L20, along with state-of-the-art palletizers, model LLP, and wrappers, model W-PAL. These new lines will not only increase efficiency, with a throughput of more than 2,000 bags per hour, but also ensure strict compliance with current regulations.

For a producer like INEOS, optimizing and utilizing factory space is crucial to accumulating the maximum amount of finished product. PAYPER, understanding this, designed the lines to be extremely compact yet functional and operational for the client. We mounted the bagging machines on mobile platforms to pass under a battery of more than 10 silos, with fully automatic silo connection, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

The collaboration between the PAYPER and INEOS teams has been impeccable and inspiring. During the project, three INEOS employees came to PAYPER in Spain to assist with the FAT, working closely with our team to ensure every detail was attended to and INEOS’s expectations were exceeded.
