We recently held the first webinar on PULSAR S, our all-in-one digital solution designed to streamline decision making and improve operational efficiency in the bagging environment.
The objective of the webinar was to show, in a practical and clear way, how PULSAR S helps our customers to optimize their after-sales service through three of the main modules: Desk, Parts and Docs.
The session, moderated by David Ranera, Sales Director, was attended by our experts Joan Feixas, Technical Service, and Lara Offermann, Customer Support. Joan explained the operation of the Desk module, designed to centralize technical communications through an integrated ticketing system, facilitating the monitoring and resolution of incidents. Lara presented the Parts module, where users can consult, manage and quote for spare parts and use the interactive map of the machine for consultation. Finally, the Docs module was shown, which allows access to the structured technical documentation of each piece of equipment quickly and accurately.
The webinar was offered in two sessions, one in English and one in Spanish, allowing global participation with attendees from different subsidiaries and countries. The reception was very positive, both for the clarity of the content and the practical approach of the demonstrations.
